Anton Kondratov, who previously held the position of Vice President for Mass Market Development at VimpelCom, has been appointed Director of the Smartseeds Group of Companies.
Anton Kondratov graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree. He has been working in the telecom industry for more than 15 years, in 2004 he began his career as an engineer at the Central Telegraph, where he later took the position of Director of the centre for virtual and mobile services.
From 2007 to 2013, he held senior positions at the Sky Link companies. In 2013, he was appointed Director of the commercial department for mobile business of Moscow Macro-regional Branch of Rostelecom PJSC. In 2014-2017, he worked at Tele2 as Director of CDMA business, Director of the Irkutsk branch and Commercial Director of the Moscow macroregion. In 2020, he took a senior position at VimpelCom, where he was responsible for working in the mass market.
As a Director, Anton will focus on the strategic development of the logistics platform, the creation of a service ecosystem around the product and the improvement of the company's operational efficiency. The key tasks will be to gain a leading position in cargo transportation in the agricultural market, as well as integration and interaction of Demetra-Holding assets with the Smartseeds platform.
