Roman Kron, who previously held the position of Commercial Director at Novorossiysk Grain Terminal (hereinafter NGT), was appointed CEO of Mirogroup Resources (both companies are part of Demetra Holding).

Roman Kron graduated from the Stavropol State Technical University with a degree in Information Systems in Economics. Since 2012, he has headed the NGT's commercial unit, where he was responsible for tariff policy, cargo flow planning, development of optimal logistics solutions, communication with customers and partners.
During his tenure, NGT has become the leader in transshipment volumes and customer-oriented approach among marine grain terminals.
