Поле.рф marketplace is the winner of the prestigious CX AWARDS

Поле.рф, a marketplace for agricultural business, won the CX AWARDS for the Best Digital Experience and the Best Innovations in the Customer Experience in the 2021/2022 season. The annual international award recognizes successful projects and innovations in customer experience.

During the six months the agricultural marketplace has implemented more than 150 innovative solutions which had not been used in the agricultural sector before. 

The jury members highly appreciated the platform's one-stop-shop concept, which allows farmers to get all the services they need: to buy fertilizers, agricultural machinery and equipment and to sell their crops at the same time. Farmers also have access to financial and leasing services on the platform. 

Поле.рф is the first transactional marketplace in the agricultural sector of Russia. All transactions are conducted entirely on the platform, which guarantees security for all participants in the process. The jury specially mentioned the convenient electronic document management on the platform and the transaction tracker, which allow farmers and partners to know its status at any time and immediately see all the necessary documents.

Also the negotiation functionality is fully digitalized on поле.рф, it is extremely important for the target audience and it offers direct communication with the partner to discuss the terms of the deal. 

Поле рф is an example of successful digital transformation of the Russian agricultural sector. One of the project's goals is to ensure transparency of the grain market and to introduce clear and simple rules in agricultural trade.
