Demetra Trading attracts new suppliers at the Field Days of the Central Federal District

Demetra Trading took part in the Field Day agricultural exhibitions in several regions of the Central Federal District. Demetra Trading managed to attract new grain suppliers, and поле.рф agricultural marketplace managed to present a convenient digital platform for agricultural business at the events.

Andrey Klychkov, Governor of the Oryol region, visited the stand of Demetra Trading in the Oryol region and noted that the area under crops had been increasing annually in the region since 2017, and the gross yield of grain and leguminous crops had been growing. A record grain harvest of over 4.2 million tonnes was achieved in 2020.

More than 80 companies were represented at the Field Day in the Tambov region, and several thousand people attended the event.

Demetra Trading conducted negotiations with more than a hundred suppliers at those two events, about 60 of them were new. The estimated volume of new contracts may amount to 75-100 thousand tonnes of grain.

Roman Kron, CEO of Demetra Trading:

'This year we are participating in such face-to-face events for the first time. The opportunity to meet with potential suppliers allows us discussing the prospects for cooperation in detail and telling about our customer services. We offer our partners and clients a range of financial services, including advance payment for crops and work on different bases, as well as convenient services from Smartseeds companies and поле.рф agricultural marketplace. We have built relationships with key agricultural producers in the south, and we invite them to visit our Client's Days at the elevators. The Central Federal District consists of promising regions, and we are establishing partnerships with them.'

In the near future the company is expected to participate in the Field Days of other regions of the Central Federal District in the remote mode: Lipetsk, Ryazan, Tula, Bryansk and Kursk regions.  You are welcome to visit the stand of Demetra Trading in Kamensky District of Penza region on July 14-15 and in Saratov on August 11-12.
