More than 1 million tons of grain were transported through the Smartseeds platform in 2022

The volume of grain transportation by trucks carried out through Digital Logistics Platform Smartseeds (part of Demetra-Holding) exceeded 1 million tons in 2022, which is twice as much as in 2021.

The number of freight carriers (individual entrepreneurs and logistics companies) registered on the platform increased by 20% from 10,000 in 2021 to 12,000 in 2022. The number of registered customers (agricultural producers, exporters and grain traders) increased by 2.5 times.

Digital channels of interaction with agricultural producers and freight carriers showed significant growth in 2022. The number of visitors to smartseeds.ru has tripled from 60,000 to 200,000 for the past year. Smartseeds' iOS and Android apps for freight carriers have been downloaded more than 8,000 times. Now more than 98% of freight carriers use the Smartseeds queue management system through the mobile app.

The platform continues to increase the volume of orders and the base of customers and contractors due to the constant expansion of its functionality and implementation of relevant services for customers and freight carriers. In 2022, the platform implemented integration with customers' ERP systems to simplify the process of publishing and editing applications and introduced a freight forwarding service and a service for transportation of crops during the harvesting campaign.
