Novorossiysk Grain Terminal proceeded to the final stage of Auto1500 project

Novorossiysk Grain Terminal (NGT, a member of Demetra-Holding) has commenced construction of a seven-storey repair and maintenance building in light of the upcoming development of the terminal as part of Auto1500 project.

The new building will be one of the tallest in the industrial area of the Novorossiysk port. Currently, the foundation construction is underway; the facility is to be completed in the spring of 2026.

Vladislav Zhukov, Managing Director of NGT:

“Upon the launch of new silos and the truck reception line, which have already been constructed at the terminal as part of Auto1500 project, the company’s headcount will increase by almost 40%, i.e. about 150 people. We are striving to provide our employees with up-to-date and comfortable workplaces that meet all necessary occupational safety requirements. People are our main value. You can't invest in large projects without investing in human resources.”

The building will house a repair shop, an administrative area with offices for employees, a sanitary area with a laundry, showers and changing rooms.
